Mark is a graduate of Coventry University. As an actor he toured the UK and Ireland and worked overseas too. He worked on a television show in Birmingham that was filmed in and around the city. He now works at BBC Coventry and Warwickshire in the afternoon slot.

Jim White is a sports columnist for the daily telegraph as well as an author and broadcaster. He was a founding member of The Independent in 1986 and worked there for a decade before moving to The Guardian. He won sports columnist of the year during his time there and established himself as one of the most well-respected sports journalists. He now writes for the Daily Telegraph as a regular columnist and arts critic.
He talks today about the fall of Tiger Woods.

Steve Cropley is editor-in-chief of Haymarket’s Autocar magazine. He began working in journalism on the Adelaide Advertiser as a cadet in 1967. He was recruited by CAR in 1978, and became editor from 1981 – 1988.
He is still a day to day contributor and columnist at Autocar and still loves it. Here he discusses getting on and getting into journalism

The Intelligent City project has been developed as a way to help manage congestion in Birmingham. It demonstrates how the exploitation of technology can be a cost effective and innovative route to increase the usage of public transport during the morning peak and subsequently reduce levels of congestion.
Coventry University has developed this project with Birmingham City Council, Centro, Microsoft and Shoothill.
